What are Eight Hands of Chandi?

ਘੰਟਾ ਗਦਾ ਤ੍ਰਿਸੂਲ ਅਸ ਸੰਖ ਸਰਾਸਨ ਬਾਨ ॥

ਚਕ੍ਰ ਬਕ੍ਰ ਕਰ ਮੈ ਲੀਏ ਜਨ ਗ੍ਰੀਖਮ ਰਿਤ ਭਾਨ ॥੨੭॥

In Dasam Granth Sahib, The Chandi (Gurmat = Hukam = Shakti = Vivek Buddhi = Niraakar), has shown eight items with him, in his hand. What are meaning of all these?
